Provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and educational opportunities for sales and marketing professionals. Major events include Forecast and Beyond, and the BANN-ER Awards. ($75 Annual Dues - reduced to $30 for 2010!)
A subgroup of the SMC that oversees the image of the association and the building industry. Works on ways to raise awareness of the positive benefits of housing construction to our community using various media channels and the expertise and consultation of local and national advisors.

Dear Sales and Marketing Council:
It’s difficult to decide where to start with a “thank you.” Please know that I don’t believe I could have won this award without the continued support and education BANN has afforded me. Thank you for all BANN has done to help me to cultivate my new career! Thank you for the speakers you bring to the area to motivate, inspire, and invigorate us! Thank you for the classes you offer to enable us to become more informed, productive, successful salespeople. Thank you for the multiple opportunities to grow and learn in ways that have been comfortable for us. Thank you for the professionalism you exude on behalf of the Builders Association. Thank you for the countless, behind-the-scenes hours you devote to bring us knowledge and activities you provide so unselfishly to our Northern Nevada area. Each Builders’ event is tastefully orchestrated and magnificently planned! Your events come off flawlessly and I’m sure that is a product of efficient organization and a myriad of talents. Last night at the 2007 BANN-ER Awards was no exception! I had a thoroughly wonderful time and winning my award was “icing on the cake!”
